Benjamin B. Robertson, Esq. entered the legal community with an extensive background in commercial transactions and manufacturing processes. As a former procurement agent for two Fortune 500 companies he engaged in a variety matters involving critical machine/component technology, research and design, and capital projects.
For nearly a decade he successfully managed activities from Bid & Proposal through Order Execution and Delivery. He regularly met and overcame challenges involving Scope of Work, Payment Schedules, Terms & Conditions, Government Regulations, and Profitability. Having personally negotiated countless disputes arising in the ordinary course of business he is particularly perceptive of organizational shortcomings - areas ripe for critical inspection.
With a BS in Marine Systems Engineering from Maine Maritime Academy and an engineering license in the U.S. Merchant Marine he is comfortable in technical settings regarding product design, manufacture, and operations under most conceivable circumstances.
